Vision plans are designed to cover the basic routine exam with glasses prescription and in few cases contact lens-fitting fees. It does not cover costs associated with medical eye health evaluations. Medical Insurance health plans can cover medical eyecare expenses cost and are subject to co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles. We try our best to notify you of expected out of pocket fees upfront but some fees may be determined by insurance companies after claims are filed.
