Will my insurance cover my visit?
Vision plans are designed to cover the basic routine exam with glasses prescription and in few cases contact lens-fitting fees. It does not cover costs associated with medical eye health evaluations. Medical Insurance health plans can cover medical eyecare expenses cost and are subject to co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles. We try our best to notify you of expected out of pocket fees upfront but some fees may be determined by insurance companies after claims are filed. Patients are responsible for all fees that are not covered by insurance. Co-pays and fees are due AT TIME OF SERVICE. In some cases a routine exam may be determined to be a medical health exam depending on the Doctors findings during the exam in which case you will be subject to deductibles , copays and coinsurance per your insurance requirements.
